Collection and Processing of Data
In the context of psychotherapy services, personal data is processed exclusively for the fulfillment of the treatment agreement and to respond to your inquiries. This includes contact data (name, email, phone number), appointment scheduling, and health data entrusted during therapy. Processing is based on Art. 6 and Art. 9 GDPR. Therapy documentation is retained for at least 10 years after the end of treatment in accordance with legal retention obligations.
Contact Form
When you use the contact form, your information (name, email, phone number, message) is processed to handle your inquiry. Data is transmitted directly via our server in Austria (EU) and is not shared with third-party providers. Data is deleted after your inquiry is resolved, unless legal retention obligations apply.
Professional Confidentiality
As a psychotherapist, I am subject to special confidentiality obligations under § 15 of the Austrian Psychotherapy Act. All therapeutic content is strictly confidential. Disclosure occurs only with your explicit consent. The duty of confidentiality applies beyond the end of therapy.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.
